Defect Notification

EGNATIA ODOS AE accepts any registration of road defects (eg potholes, damaged safety barrier etc.) as a notification and not as a form of accusation or claim.

In order to complete your notification, please fill in the mandatory fields in light blue color.

1. Defect's Location

2. Defect's Location on the Map

2. Additionally (optionally) you can define the defect's location on the map as well.
Zoom to the area you located the defect by selecting the zoom button (located along the map toolbar on the top right).
Then drag your mouse along the map to define the area you are interested in.
Repeat as many times as needed.
Then, choose the tool (the "pin" in the map toolbar) and click on the approximate location of the defect. Then click on the [Get XY from map] button to get the coordinates.
